Air Design Specialists Ltd is registered in England and Wales under the registration number 03015745.
All three companies are registered at Market House, 21 Lenten Street, Alton, GU34 1HG.
Aster Maintenance Ltd, Coolheat Ltd and Air Design Specialists Ltd are a joint venture holding their own individual company registrations, trading from Unit 8 Taplins Court, Taplins Farm Lane, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire RG27 8XU.

Sharing your personal data
Your data is shared between Aster Maintenance Ltd, Coolheat Ltd and Air Design Specialists Ltd. We will never knowingly share your data to anyone who is not working with us, without your prior consent. You are entitled to request access to your personal information at any time.

Storage of your data
The following systems are used for data storage. Your data will be kept for a minimum of 7 years. The data processed through our website is transmitted by HTTPS/2 which has an increased level of encryption and security, offering reassurance to you that all personal data will be handled safely and securely.
The personal data we collect through the website is minimal and is required so we can respond to enquiries efficiently. Once we have received your information, we will use strict security procedures to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Server
We have a restricted-accessed server based at our trading office that stores data relating to jobs.
Back up
Backups are done daily to external hard drives using Cloudberry software. These are taken off-site and rotated weekly. The backups are using encryption via the Cloudberry software.
Job Logic
Job Logic is a Field Service Engineer Solution. All information relating to details of a job are stored here. Our engineers are deployed from this software. Our engineers are issued with company mobiles that have a Job Logic app whereby they are only able to see information relating to the specific job that has been allocated to them. Job Logic Privacy Policy. The Joblogic application is hosted using Microsoft’s World Class Azure Cloud. The nature of this type of hosting is Platform-as-a-Service (PAAS) explained here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/overview/what-is-paas/. The data is hosted in the UK South. These data centres are ISO 27001 Certified for data security. Data is protected both in transit and at rest using https encryption. For the Joblogic Mobile Offline App (iOS and Android) data is stored locally and can only be accessed using the App which is protected by the username and password for the App. When in transit the data is encrypted using https. The data itself on the device is not encrypted, however a person of malicious intent would have to circumvent the Google or iOS security policies in order to access the data. Our App does not store any credit card details.
Quickbooks
Accounts data is stored on an accounts package called Quickbooks – please refer to Quickbooks directly for their Privacy Notice. The GDPR does not preclude EU personal data being stored (or otherwise processed) in the USA, as long as there is a data transfer mechanism in place approved by the European Commission.
